We are committed to making your experience seamless from checkout to delivery. Below you’ll find information on how we handle shipping, delivery timelines, return policies, and taxes. Whether you're ordering locally in the UAE or from another GCC country, our goal is to deliver your products quickly and make returns easy if needed.
PRE-ORDERS
A pre-order is an advance purchase of a product that is not yet in stock. By placing a pre-order, you reserve the item and it will be shipped to you once new stock has been received in our warehouse.
Estimated availability dates are shown on the product page at the time of purchase. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the full order will be held and shipped together when the pre-order item is ready, unless otherwise specified.
Please note that delivery timeframes shown at checkout apply from the date of dispatch, after stock has been received, not from the date of order. You will receive an email notification as soon as your pre-order has been shipped.
PAYMENT CONFIRMATION
Once you place an order on our Site, you will receive an email confirmation of your payment within 2 hours. This confirmation will be sent to the email address provided during checkout and will include your order details, payment amount, and transaction reference number.
All payments are processed securely through Telr and you will see Endurance Co L.L.C-FZ on your card or bank statement. All transactions are processed in UAE Dirhams (AED).
If you do not receive a payment confirmation, please contact us at sales@enduranceco.cc within 24 hours.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
All shipping timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to customs, weather, or courier issues that are beyond our control.
UAE
- Services: Sameday (order before 1PM), Next-day (order before 10PM), and Economy (2–3 days)
- Remote areas: May require 1–2 extra days depending on accessibility
- Tracking: Sent via SMS or email after dispatch so you can follow your order in real-time
- Delivery attempts: Two attempts will be made. If unsuccessful, the shipment will be returned to the sender. A valid mobile number is required as the courier may contact you before delivery.
- Note: We do not deliver to PO boxes. A valid street address, area/district and mobile number are required for successful delivery.
- Delivery fee: AED 25 flat rate per order (unless otherwise displayed at checkout). Free delivery may apply during promotions or for orders over 300 AED.
Outside UAE (Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman)
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
- Customs & Duties: Not included at checkout. These fees are set by your local government and are payable by the customer upon delivery
- Delivery attempts: Two attempts before return.
- Delivery fees: Displayed at checkout and vary by destination country.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS
The multiple booking / orders / shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.
TAXES & DUTIES
Endurance Co applies taxes as required by local law. This ensures compliance with national regulations and provides customers with a valid tax invoice for each purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (INCLUDING GCC)
Taxes and import duties for international shipments—including GCC countries—are determined by the destination country’s government. These charges are not included in your checkout total and must be paid directly to the courier or customs authority at the time of delivery. Endurance Co has no control over these fees, cannot waive or refund them, and is not able to assist with customs clearance or disputes.
We strongly encourage customers to check applicable import duties and taxes with their local customs authority before placing an order. The table below outlines indicative VAT and import duty rates for wearable electronics in select GCC countries. These are for guidance only—actual charges may differ.

These figures are estimates provided for general information only. Final charges may differ depending on current laws and assessment by your local authorities. Endurance Co L.L.C-FZ is not able to intervene, refund, or cover these fees.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best. Contact sales@enduranceco.cc as soon as possible.
How do I track my order?
A tracking link will be sent by SMS or email once your order has shipped.
What if no one is available at delivery?
The courier will attempt delivery twice before returning the item.
Do I have to pay customs/VAT for international orders?
Yes. These are not included at checkout and must be paid upon delivery.
Can I return international orders?
Yes, if the item meets the same conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Customer covers return shipping.
What if my item is damaged or incorrect?
Take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Can I collect my order in person?
Currently, all orders are delivered via courier only.
Which items are non-returnable?
Used, damaged, incomplete, unboxed items or any items that have been opened and seals have been broken.
